Learn everything you and your staff need to know about getting patients into and through NeuroStar treatment at NeuroStar University.

At NSU you’ll get hands-on training on everything from sourcing patients to NeuroStar tools & resources, to our technical innovations like TrakStar, D-Tect, and more!

NSU is the first Key to Co-op because we know that the success of your NeuroStar practice is built on learning how to achieve the best clinical outcomes and knowing how to market your NeuroStar business. NSU teaches you to do both, and NeuroStar makes it possible by reimbursing you for basic airfare and NeuroStar approved hotel accommodations up to 50% based on your Co-op Levels.

NSU + You = Success

Your Co-op Marketing dollars can be used to pay for coach class airfare and reasonable hotel expenses for key stakeholders within your practice, making it easier than ever to get the training & information your practice needs to be successful treating patients with NeuroStar TMS. 
All you have to do to be reimbursed is:

  • Confirm your Co-op level (to determine the Co-op dollars available to you) on the My Account page.
  • Request a link to register for NSU.
  • Book your basic fare NSU airline ticket and hotel accommodations.
  • Attend NSU.
  • After you've attended, upload your travel receipts to the “Submit Reimbursement Form” on your My Account page in the quarter following your attendance.
  • The NeuroStar Co-op Marketing team will issue your reimbursement check the following quarter.

Airfare and hotel accommodations are limited to basic fare.

  • And hands-on training on the latest innovations, including FastMT, D-Tect, and other cutting edge technologies that shorten the time to treatment and improve the results for you and your patients

Even if you’ve already attended NSU, this is the place to start each quarter, making sure that everyone on your team has the training and information they need to answer questions, and help potential patients get from initial interest, all the way to completion.
