Learn everything you and your staff need to know about getting patients into and through NeuroStar treatment at NeuroStar University.

At NSU you’ll get hands-on training on everything from sourcing patients to NeuroStar tools & resources, to our technical innovations like TrakStar, D-Tect, and more!

NSU is the first Key to Co-op because we know that the success of your NeuroStar practice is built on learning how to achieve the best clinical outcomes and knowing how to market your NeuroStar business. NSU teaches you to do both, and NeuroStar makes it possible by reimbursing you for basic airfare and NeuroStar approved hotel accommodations up to 50% based on your Co-op Levels.

NSU + You = Success

Your Co-op Marketing dollars can be used to pay for coach class airfare and reasonable hotel expenses for key stakeholders within your practice, making it easier than ever to get the training & information your practice needs to be successful treating patients with NeuroStar TMS. 
All you have to do to be reimbursed is:

  • Confirm your Co-op level (to determine the Co-op dollars available to you) on the My Account page.
  • Request a link to register for NSU.
  • Book your basic fare NSU airline ticket and hotel accommodations.
  • Attend NSU.
  • After you've attended, upload your travel receipts to the “Submit Reimbursement Form” on your My Account page in the quarter following your attendance.
  • The NeuroStar Co-op Marketing team will issue your reimbursement check the following quarter.

Airfare and hotel accommodations are limited to basic fare.

Adult Indications for Use
The NeuroStar Advanced Therapy System is indicated for the treatment of depressive episodes and for decreasing anxiety symptoms for those who may exhibit comorbid anxiety symptoms in adult patients suffering from Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and who failed to achieve satisfactory improvement from previous antidepressant medication treatment in the current episode.

The NeuroStar Advanced Therapy System is intended to be used as an adjunct for the treatment of adult patients suffering from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Adolescent Indications for Use
NeuroStar Advanced Therapy is indicated as an adjunct for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) in adolescent patients (15-21).

NeuroStar Advanced Therapy is only available by prescription. A doctor can help decide if NeuroStar Advanced Therapy is right for you. Patients’ results may vary.

Important Safety Information
The most common side effect is pain or discomfort at or near the treatment site. These events are transient; they occur during the TMS treatment course and do not occur for most patients after the first week of treatment. There is a rare risk of seizure associated with the use of TMS therapy (<0.1% per patient).

NeuroStar Advanced Therapy should not be used with patients who have non-removable conductive metal in or near the head. NeuroStar Advanced Therapy has not been studied in patients who have not received prior antidepressant treatment.
