Important milestones, and key Co-op Program dates to ensure your Co-op participation stays on track:

Answers to some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about Co-op Program participation and guidelines

Co-op Marketing is designed to help you build patient awareness of NeuroStar and improve patients’ access to care. The Keys to Co-op are designed to identify the most impactful programs and marketing tactics with proven assets, and preferred vendors so you can get the most out of your marketing. Your PDM can help you with detailed guidance for how Co-op will most specifically benefit your practice.

Your Co-op Level depends on your treatment session purchases in the previous quarter. If you know how much you’ve spent (or plan to spend) on treatment sessions in the current quarter, you can reference our reimbursement chart on the My Account page to see where you stand with reimbursement dollars, including how much you stand to get back right now, and how far you are from the next level.
Our Keys to Co-op are designed to take the guesswork out of determining what will make the biggest difference for your practice. Every quarter you will answer the same 5 questions about each Key, starting with NSU travel and determining your tactics based on your available Co-op dollars. That depends on the state and optimization of your current website. NeuroStar works with preferred vendors who can perform an evaluation of your current website, and let you know what improvements would help you most, and which are reimbursed within your current Co-op Level. NeuroStar has partnered with preferred vendors who know what works for our practices. As part of our Keys to Co-op, you get access to these vendors, and specific guidance that can help move the needle for your practice. Visit our Co-op Vendors page for more details on their packages.

You can submit your ads at any time, best practice is to submit ads a minimum of two weeks prior to the date you plan to run your ads. Keep in mind that your ads will be subject to the maximum reimbursement amount based on the Co-op Level you are in during the quarter the ads are run. The NeuroStar Co-op team takes 3-5 business days to review ad submissions so submit your ads with enough time ahead of your scheduled ad run date.

Reimbursement submission takes place within the first 30 days after a quarter ends. Send in the following:
  • Finals copies and/or prints of ad(s)
  • Paid invoices and/or itemized receipts
If you run multiple ads, please submit all paperwork on the My Accounts page.

Reimbursement payment will be sent the following quarter. For example, if you submit your ads in Q2 (April 1st – June 30th), you will receive your reimbursement check by the end of Q3 (July 1st – September 30th) after co-op marketing receives the necessary documents to process the reimbursement requests by the specified deadline. NeuroStar offers two forms of payment, either by check or a quicker reimbursement via ACH. 

  • Coach class airfare and NeuroStar approved hotel accommodations for NeuroStar University
  • In-Practice Branding Items like brochures, stand-up banners, invitations, etc. 
  • NeuroStar Branded Accessories
  • NeuroStar Branded Website or Landing page (see NeuroStar Webpage Guidelines for full details)
  • Digital Media (ie. social media, paid SEM / search, etc.)
  • Direct Mail to Health Care Professionals
  • Magazine 
  • Newspaper
  • Radio 
  • Billboard 
  • TV 

No other advertising is reimbursable through Co-op at this time.

You don’t have to be starting from scratch to get the benefits of Co-op Marketing. Our Keys to Co-op are designed to help you build patient awareness of NeuroStar and improve patients’ access to care. If you’re already successfully marketing your practice, then there’s more reason than ever to use Co-op Marketing, because it will essentially reimburse you for things you’re already doing.
