NOTE: Co-op programs are heavily regulated, and all guidelines must be followed. The Keys to Co-op are pre-designed to make compliance with the program guidelines easy for you, and ensure you get the reimbursement you expect, without surprises.

Co-op Marketing dollars can only be used for materials that support your NeuroStar practice and cannot be used on ads mentioning or featuring other brands or treatments, or off-label uses of NeuroStar.

Once you’re in the rhythm, you’ll do three things every quarter.

Purchase treatment sessions to qualify for Co-op, and accrue Co-op dollars for next quarter.

Month 1 Month 2 Month 3

Activate your marketing, choosing from the Keys to Co-op above, and spending your accrued Co-op dollars

AND purchase treatment sessions to start accruing dollars for next quarter.

Month 4 Month 5 Month 6

Submit your reimbursement request for the marketing tactics you ran last quarter.

AND activate your marketing for this quarter

AND purchase treatment sessions to start accruing dollars for next quarter.

Month 7 Month 8 Month 9

Once you're in the rhythm, you do all three things, every quarter:

  1. Purchase Treatment Sessions
  2. Activate your marketing
  3. Submit your reimbursement

Co-op Reimbursement - The Details on Getting Reimbursed

Here are 3 steps to make sure you get the reimbursement you expect…

Submitting for Pre-approval
  1. Pre-approval for your chosen Keys to Co-op ensures your Co-op tactics are approved and within the program guidelines, it also guarantees your reimbursement amount, based on your Co-op Level. 
  2. Plans and ads can be submitted via the My Account page any time before your ads run, as long as you allow time for approval. 
The NeuroStar Co-op team will reach out with approvals or edits to ad submissions within 3-5 business days. Ads are reviewed in the order they are received. Best practice is to submit ads a minimum of two weeks in advance prior to publish/run date.

Submitting for Reimbursement Once the quarter is complete, 
  1. Gather your receipts and final ad proofs for your ad placements.
  2. Upload all assets to your My Account page and request final approval and reimbursement. You will need both proof of the purchase, and the final ad proof (what actually ran) to get reimbursed. 
  3. Visit the My Account page to view pre-approval and reimbursement checklists for detailed information.

Expecting Reimbursement

  1. The NeuroStar Co-op team will reach out within 3-5 business days with any questions, and to confirm receipt of all needed materials. 
  2. Reimbursement agreements will be sent within 60 days of the reimbursement submission deadline.  Exceptions may apply per your Co-op Level.
Submit for pre-approvals and final reimbursement on the My Account page.
Note that Co-op Marketing dollars can only be used for materials that support your NeuroStar practice. Marketing materials, campaigns, or assets that feature or mention other brands or treatments, or unapproved or off-label uses of NeuroStar, will not be approved or reimbursed.
